Construction milestones
August 2023
Early earthwork establishes the development’s footprint, road network, and building pads. Wide aerials connect field operations to the larger five-acre site and create the baseline for every chapter that follows.
January 2024
Framing, roof trusses, and sheathing establish the development’s mix of apartment buildings and townhomes. Aerial coverage records both individual building progress and the coordination required across a multi-building site.
February 25, 2024
Repeated flights reveal how six residential buildings, the community building, parking, paths, and open space resolve into one coordinated plan. The community’s scale is clearest from above.
The transformation

July 2, 2025 · Finished community
The final visit moves between the full development and the details people experience on foot: front porches, stone entries, planted walks, the playground, pavilion, and shared green space. Construction is complete; the community is now the story.
